- Software that lets case managers send, receive, collaborate on, track, and generate reporting on client referrals
- Reporting tools so agencies can prove their impact and no one falls through the cracks
- Business sponsors support the work of local nonprofits by covering the cost of their membership & access to the tools
- Service organization contact info, healthy recipes, fitness, wellness, and emergency resources for the public, on our app and site
