Deleting Your Account
You can delete your HealthyWI account at any time, and you do not need to ask us to do it for you:
- On the web: go to Delete Your Account, enter your email address, and confirm with the 6-digit code we send you.
- In the mobile app: open Profile, scroll to Account, and tap Delete Account.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your name, email address and profile photo; your health metrics and history; your health goals, immunization records, care team and insurance details; your food, water and exercise logs; your saved resources, recipes and lists; your event sign-ups and program enrollments; and your notification and push-notification settings. We cannot restore any of it afterwards.
Two things deliberately survive deletion, neither of which identifies you. Community stories you chose to publish stay on the site with your name and email address stripped from them. Anonymous totals — for example, how many times a resource has been viewed this month — are counters that were never linked to your account in the first place.
If you cannot access the email address on the account, write to info@healthyusa.net from any address and we will verify your identity another way and delete it for you.
